Who is this for?

Most people enjoy touch and cuddling, but often don’t get to it as much as they would like. Many people also feel insecure or afraid to hug. This workshop is for you if you want to explore your personal boundaries in a playful and accessible way. Nothing is mandatory. Consensual touch is healthy and reduces stress. It brings us closer to ourselves and to each other. Do I dare to make my boundaries and longings clear?

About your host Piero

Piero uses no pronouns and considers themselves polysensual, pancurious, genderqueer, justice seeker and mystic lover. Piero lives and works in Ghent as a trauma-informed and body-oriented intimacy coach, (cuddle) workshop facilitator and embodied changemaker.

Piero creates a safe, warm and stimulating group environment that invites transformation and healing. Piero wants to inspire people to experience intimacy more consciously and, together, to eliminate taboos, blockades, violence and traumas. Piero dreams of a world in which self-care and self-actualization go hand in hand with love, justice, equality and solidarity.
