In deze sessie begeleiden Nicolas & Martijn je veilig door een innerlijke reis via een eenvoudige, maar effectieve techniek die ‘circulair verbonden ademhalen’ wordt genoemd. Verbonden ademhaling kan je helpen een veranderde bewustzijnsstaat of “flow state” te bereiken, dit laat toe om diep in je onderbewustzijn te duiken en vastzittende emoties weer in beweging te brengen. Circulair verbonden ademen is een veilige methode om verouderde gedachten, gevoelens en toxische patronen los te laten en ruimte te maken voor meer authenticiteit in je leven.

Het resultaat is een opwindend maar rustgevend hernieuwd gevoel van eigenwaarde. Ademwerk is een gezonde, veilige en zelf-geïnduceerde methode voor innerlijke exploraties.

Dit is een exclusieve sessie met livemuziek van H.A.R.A.L.D, een Antwerpse muziekproducent en hedonistische explorer. Hij komt ons muzikaal begeleiden met  zijn synthesizers en draailier.

We starten stipt om 19u en eindigen rond 21u. Draag comfortabele kleding, vermijd zware maaltijden voorafgaand aan de sessie (vasten is het beste). Er is geen voorafgaande ervaring of kennis vereist, nieuwe en ervaren “breathers” zijn welkom. Kom zoals je bent, alle gevoelens zijn welkom.

Contra-indicaties voor ademwerk: Astma, epilepsie, zwangerschap, hart- en vaatziekten en hoge bloeddruk, diabetes. Neem bij twijfel contact met ons op.

Als organische house muziek producer, multi-instrumentalist en componist voor verschillende formaties transformeert H.A.R.A.L.D elektronische beats tot een levend, ademend geheel. Van de betoverende noten die op zijn ceremoniële draailier worden gespeeld tot de pompende beats die hij produceert met zowel analoge als digitale instrumenten. Met zijn rauwe energie, soulvolle zang en baslijnen transformeert hij elke omgeving in een helende setting.

Over de facilitators:

Nicolas: is spaceholder, ademwerkfacilitator, Advanced Enrootment Method practitioner, DJ en teambuilding-facilitator. Hij heeft een passie voor buitengewone bewustzijnstoestanden en werkt met de intentie om je te verbinden met je innerlijke heler. Voor hem zijn altered states niet alleen een tool om onze diepste wonden te helen en nieuwe paden te creëren, maar ook een essentiële sleutel om de globale uitdagingen waarmee we worden geconfronteerd te overwinnen. “Let’s de it, for humanity”.

Martijn: Bij Martijn bent u in goede handen, hij weet hoe hij met mensen en groepen moet werken. Hij is een Advanced Enrootment Method practitioner en heeft een eigen lichaamswerk- en massagestudio, werkt als leraar met kinderen met speciale behoeften en helpt op een kleine bioboerderij. De verbinding met anderen, de natuur en zijn eigen lichaam en geest is wat hem gedreven houdt in al deze activiteiten. Martijn houdt van puurheid en eerlijkheid en gaat voor de no-nonsense manier van leven, wat je ziet is wat je krijgt. Met deze groepssessie streeft hij ernaar mensen te verbinden en hen te helpen een diepere verbinding te vinden met hun emotionele en spirituele lichaam.

Come and breath with Nicolas & Martijn!

In this session, Nicolas & Martijn will safely guide you through a journey using a simple but effective technique often referred to as “circular connected breathing”. Connected breathing can help you to reach altered states of consciousness, allowing you to journey deep in your subconscious and get stuck emotions back into motion and release toxic thoughts, feelings, and patterns. Resulting in an exhilarating yet soothing renewed sense of self. Breathwork is a healthy, safe and self induced method for inner explorations.

This is an exclusive session with live music by H.A.R.A.L.D, an Antwerp based music producer and hedonistic explorer. He will provide live music with his synthesisers and hurdy-gurdy.

We start at 19h sharp and end around 21h. Wear comfortable clothing, avoid heavy meals prior to the session (Fasted is best). No prior experience or knowledge required, new and experienced breathers are welcome. Come as you are, all feelings welcome.

Contraindications for breathwork: Asthma, epilepsy, pregnancy, cardiovascular problems and high blood pressure, diabetes. If in doubt, please contact us.

Nicolas: is a spaceholder, breathwork facilitator, Advanced Enrootment Method practitioner, DJ, and teambuilding facilitator. He is passionate about extraordinary states of consciousness and works with the intention of re-connecting you with your inner healer. For him, altered states are not only a tool to heal our deepest wounds and create new pathways, but also a vital key to overcoming the global challenges we are facing. “Let’s do it, for humanity”.

Martijn:  

You’re in good hands with Martijn, he knows how to work with people and groups. He’s an Advanced Enrootment Method practitioner with his own bodywork- and massage studio, works as a teacher with children with special needs and helps at a small organic farm. The connection with others, nature and his own mind and body is what keeps him driven in all these activities. Martijn likes pureness and honesty and goes for the no-nonsense way of life, what you see is what you get. With this group session, he aspires to connect people and help them find a deeper connection with their emotional and spiritual bodies.
