Shakti Caterina Maggi is an international spiritual teacher of non-duality, commited to a deeply human approach to the essence of meditation. Non-duality is the discovery that our true identitiy is not the bodymind, but one Consciousness living through all beings. Her approach to non-dual meditation arises from the meeting of Advaita Vedanta and Tantric wisdom with a contemporary sensitivity, capable of speaking directly to the lived experience of modern life, so that spiritual awakening does not imply a spiritual bypass of our human expression. Embodied spirituality is a living understanding of oneness. Shakti offers an essential, embodied spirituality that does not seek escape from the world, but invites a direct recognition of the truth that permeates it.

Embodied Self Enquiry is a one-day immersive intensive, dedicated to a direct, experiential exploration of self-enquiry through refined perception.

Rooted in presence and embodied awareness, the day invites participants to move beyond conceptual understanding and into immediate, lived seeing.

Through guided perceptual exercises, silence, and subtle inner inquiry, self-enquiry is revealed as a lived experience rather than a mental process, allowing clarity and recognition to arise naturally from direct experience.
